General Questions
To rent a car, you must provide:
- A valid passport or national ID card.
- A valid driving license (held for at least one year).
- A credit card in the name of the main driver for security deposit and payments.
The renter must be between 23 and 75 years old and must have held a valid driving license for at least one year. Drivers outside this age range may not be eligible to rent a vehicle.
Payment in full is required either upon collection or before pickup. Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit card (in the main driver’s name)
- Bank transfer to the company's account (must be completed before collection)
A valid credit card is also required for security deposit and guarantee purposes.
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines or penalties incurred during the rental period. Any unpaid fines may result in additional administrative fees.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as it had at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in refueling charges, which will include both fuel costs and a service fee.
Yes, delivery and collection at a different location can be arranged. However, additional charges may apply depending on the distance and location. Please contact us in advance for details and availability.
We strive to provide the exact car model reserved. However, in case of unavailability, we will provide a vehicle of the same or higher category at no extra charge.
- Leaving Greece: The vehicle is strictly prohibited from crossing Greek national borders.
- Ferry transport: The car can only be transported by ferry with prior written approval from the rental company. Please note that any damage occurring during transit will not be covered by any insurance.
Damages to the interior, including upholstery, dashboard, and underside of the vehicle, are not covered by insurance. Additionally:
- Loss or damage to car keys and mirrors is the renter’s responsibility.
- Heavy soiling or excessive dirt inside the car will result in a €100 cleaning fee.
- Driving on non-asphalt (off-road) surfaces is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage caused to the underside of the vehicle or tires due to improper use is not covered by insurance, and the renter will be fully responsible for repair costs.
In the event of an accident, you must:
- Immediately inform the police and obtain a police report.
- Notify the rental company as soon as possible.
- Provide full details of the other party involved.
Failure to report the accident properly will result in the insurance becoming invalid, making the renter fully responsible for all damages.
No, personal items left inside the car are not covered by any insurance. Please ensure you remove all personal belongings before returning the vehicle.
All rental rates and charges are subject to 24% VAT, which is included in the final rental price.
